It's no penicillin, but it still does the body good.

I'm about to make a second attempt at baking a good gluten free banana bread. There's nothing so delicious and soothing as a nice hearty banana bread. Last week I tried baking some, actually it was banana cake, and it ended up tasting nastily like rice. I am not a fan of rice flour. I bought a gluten free all-purpose flour blend and didn't realize almost all the flour in the mix was rice. So I'm trying again tonight and hopefully it works out.
